Most members of the Choir had a day out on Sunday 9 July 2023. We travelled by train from Norbury to Victoria, and wandered around the corned to Westminster Cathedral for the last sung High Mass before the Cathedral Choir departed for their summer break. The Cathedral was packed, and the music was amazing, the three movements of Schubert's Mass in G being an absolute highlight (for me, anyway!) of the music indicated at the foot of this page. The organ voluntary at the end was 'extremely interesting'!!

John was unfortunately not able to join us as he was confined to a hospital bed. We raised a glass to him in his absence, and wished him well. Pics from Tony - click / tap on them for the larger images.
